- The anticorrosive and microbial corrosion properties of ATCP/Bz-CE/MS plate were discussed by electrochemical measurements and antimicrobial studies, respectively.
- The addition of ATCP into Bz-CE blends can improve the hydrophobic, antimicrobial corrosion and anticorrosion properties of the resultant composites coated mild steel.
- ATCP was used as a halogen free flame retardant and bioactive material to improve the microbial corrosion resistance properties of the polymer composites, which is an eco-friendly compared to that of halogenated materials.
- ATCP has multi role like toughener, hardener, flame retardant, microbial corrosion and corrosion resistance etc. in the preparation of polymer composites.
- Titanium dioxide exhibits good photo catalytic, self-cleaning and UV-resistant properties, etc. were utilized to prevent corrosion of the mild steel.
