- Developed low cost cold atmospheric plasma reactor for plasma polymerization technique.
- Surface of the PP film was modified by grafting of AAc and PEG by CAPP polymerization.
- Biomolecules of chitosan, insulin and heparin were immobilized on surface of PEG-AAc grafted PP films.
- The surface modified PP films were characterized by various techniques.
- The plasma polymerized and immobilized film reveals substantial blood compatibility.
