Fabrication of nanopore on pyramid

- Au nanopores on the apex of the pyramidal structure were fabricated.
- The nanopore formations dependent upon the electron currents, the primary electron voltage, and the scan rate were examined.
- Nanopore formation using focused ion beam was also investigated.
