Picosecond excitation energy relaxation processes in a ladder-type π-conjugated polymer

The time- and energy-dependence of the excitation energy relaxation dynamics in the lowest electronically excited singlet state in a ladder-type π-conjugated polymer was studied at both cryogenic and room temperatures employing a streak camera technique with high spectral and temporal resolution.
