Piezo-phototronic effect modulated self-powered UV/visible/near-infrared photodetectors based on CdS:P3HT microwires

Self-powered UV/visible/near infrared broadband photodetectors have been fabricated based on CdS microwire and P3HT. The efficient photodetection can be enhanced or suppressed by external strains depending on two different CdS microwire/P3HT connection structures.256
