⺠Significant H2O2 elevation was occurred in the recombinant cells. ⺠Catalase activity reduction was observed in the recombinant cells. ⺠H2O2 elevation in mIL-4 expressing cells was higher than foreign DNA introduced cells. ⺠Correlation between oxidative stress with cell growth depletion was also observed. ⺠Besides metabolic load, H2O2 upshift is occurred in recombinant cells.
