Influence of the interdigitated gel phase in mixtures of ether-linked and monofluorinated ester-linked phospholipids
چکیده انگلیسی
► DHPC and F-DPPC are highly miscible. ► F-DPPC stabilizes the interdigitated gel phase of DHPC. ► Ether lipids are easier to interdigitate than ester lipids. ► Immiscibility occurs with coexisting interdigitated and non-interdigitated domains.
