Achieving ordered and stable binary metal perovskite via strain engineering

The ordered and stable binary metal perovskite can be achieved by moderate zinc (Zn) substitution of Pb, which is via an appropriate lattice constriction within BX6 octahedra to relax the lattice strain. An appreciated PCE of 20.1% can be achieved by using the restriction CH3NH3(1Zn:100Pb)I3-xClx and excellent stability.352
