چکیده انگلیسی
►Phase transformation from α-Al2O3 to γ-Al2O3 can be obtained in the nickel-based alloy coating with nano-Al2O3 addition deposited by PTA overlay welding. ►Adding nano-Al2O3 particle in the nickel-based alloy coating increases the mass fraction of the (Fe, Cr)2B phase and decreases that of the (Fe, Cr)7C3 phase. ►Adding 0.8 wt.% nano-Al2O3 promotes to form stacking faults and dislocation cell wall in the nickel-based alloy coating deposited by PTA overlay welding.
