Preparation of copper-coated β-SiC nanoparticles by electroless plating

►The β-SiC nanoparticles have been coated with a Cu layer using electroless plating. ►HR-TEM result reveals the core-shell structure. ►The catalytic core structure of Ag-Sn was formed on the surface of n-SiC.
