On an energy inequality for the approximate deconvolution models

This report presents an energy inequality of the solution of the approximate deconvolution fluid flow models which is uniform in αα (the filter radius) and NN (the order of the deconvolution operator). Based on this inequality we develop estimates of the modeling error which supplement the ones in previous works.
