DEHP exposure induced hepatic toxicity. DEHP disrupted hepatic CYP450s homeostasis via affecting the transcription of CYPs. DEHP-induced toxicity was associated with activating AHR/PXR/CAR pathway responses and disrupting the CYP450s homeostasis.225
