Contrôle postural et oculomoteur en orthostatisme - effet de stimulations plantaires fines

We assessed the effects of thin plantar inserts on postural and oculomotor control of young and healthy subjects in quiet stance. The plantar inserts improve stability and change the repartition of the phases of vergence in a specific way according to the stimulated plantar foot zone. The medial stimulations decrease the importance of visual control of divergence, whereas the lateral stimulations increase the importance of visual control of convergence.
