Fabrication of hybrid organic-inorganic vertical microcavities through imprint technology

The effectiveness of this technology is demonstrated by the room temperature photoluminescence spectra, recorded on the fabricated microcavity, which show a sharp emission peak at the microcavity resonance wavelength.
