Education is an essential right to citizenship and to professional practice. It has a vital role in safeguarding children from abuse or neglect. Article 28 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989), recognizes the right of every child to a free primary education, and encourages the development of secondary education that is accessible and available. This right is essential to all societies in order to promote and achieve of stable and harmonious relations among nations and build the good citizens for the future. Unfortunately, this right is often lost in countries at war and armed conflicts. So, these conflicts provide no exception to the provisions of Convention. Indeed, schooling can be all the more important for children and families in times of war and armed conflicts. Accordingly, a number of measures are urgently needed to preserve and protect the right to education for children affected by war. These measures will ensure that education right of children is respected, even in time of war and armed conflicts. This research aims to describe the importance of education right in the world and finally results that it should not be ignored the valuable contribution that education can make as an efficient means to promote reconciliation and peace.
