One very particular example of a congruence-simple semiring

The existence of a congruence-simple semiring SS with non-constant multiplication such that 2s=3t2s=3t for all s,t∈Ss,t∈S and S+S=SS+S=S is proved and hence the most enigmatic class of congruence-simple semirings is not empty.
