Influence of Sm doping on the microstructural properties of CdS nanocrystals

2 and 5 mol% samarium doped cadmium sulfide nanocrystals have been prepared via precipitation method. The microstructural and vibrational properties of the synthesized high surface area Sm3 +:CdS nanocrystals have been discussed.
