Structural characterisation of acid- and alkali-soluble polysaccharides in the fruiting body of Dictyophora indusiata and their immunomodulatory activities

► The acid- and alkali-soluble polysaccharides of fruiting body of Dictyophora indusiata were characterised. ► Four monosaccharides, Glc, Fru, Man and Rha, were identified for both polysaccharides. ► Glc was occurred as →1)-Glc-(6→ in both polysaccharides. ► Both polysaccharides showed good significant immunomodulatory activity.
