Three new flavanonol glycosides from leaves of Engelhardtia roxburghiana, and their anti-inflammation, antiproliferative and antioxidant properties

► Three new flavanonol glycosides were isolated from leaves of Engelhardia roxburghiana. ► Anti-inflammation activities of these compounds were exhibited in mouse macrophage. ► Anti-proliferative effects were exhibited in Hep G2 and HT-29 human colon cancer cells. ► Strong radical scavenging antioxidant activities were shown in fractions and compounds.
