Fractionation of vanilla oleoresin by supercritical CO2 technology

- The solubility of vanilla oleoresin in supercritical CO2 was measured.
- High vanillin concentrations in the extract product were determined.
- Operating conditions modify notably the vanillin concentration in the extract phase.
