Inhibitory effect of aqueous spinach extract on degranulation of RBL-2H3 cells
چکیده انگلیسی
► Spinach aqueous extract suppressed antigen-induced degranulation of RBL-2H3 cells. ► Active substances in the extract were heat-stable and trypsin-resistant. ► The molecular weights of the active substances ranged from 500 Da to 14 kDa. ► The extract suppressed degranulation by decreased Ca2+ influx into the cells. ► Suppressed Ca2+ influx seems to result from decreased phosphorylation of Syk and PI3K.
