Lactones from Ficus auriculata and their effects on the proliferation function of primary mouse osteoblasts in vitro

Bioassay-guided fractionation of Ficus auriculata led to the isolation of five new 12-membered lactones. The absolute configurations of 3 and 8 were established by X-ray diffraction analysis.
