RESUMENEl presente trabajo es un estudio descriptivo de los equipos de mejora impulsados en la Universidad del País Vasco desde sus inicios hace 10 años. En él se analizan entre otros aspectos de interés: promotores, componentes, género y temática la desarrollada.
