Low expression of MFN2 is associated with early unexplained miscarriage by regulating autophagy of trophoblast cells

Low expression of MFN2 leads to mitochondrial dysfunction, increased level of autophagy, and trophoblast cell dysfunction, which could be accounted for early unexplained miscarriage.
