چکیده انگلیسی
As a typical representative of complex solution, accurate and rapid determination of blood biochemical values has not only clinical application value, but also high academic research significance. In this paper, the total bilirubin in plasma was taken as the measurement object to prove that the multi-band spectra can refine the analytical precision. Based on the “M+N” theory, combination of ultraviolet spectrum, visible spectrum and near-infrared spectrum was used in modeling. The analytical precision is obviously improved compared with that of single-band modeling, when the same calibration and prediction set were selected in two models. For calibration set and prediction set in visible spectrum modeling, the correlation coefficient is 0.94 and 0.76 respectively; the root mean square error is 1.55 and 19.78 respectively. The correlation coefficient of the joint modeling of UV-vis-NIR is 0.99, and the root mean square error is significantly reduced to 0.47 for the calibration set. And for the prediction set, the correlation coefficient and the root mean square error are 0.86 and 2.56. The results proved the “M+N” theory can improve the analytical accuracy of complex solution.
