Leaching and re-synthesis of CIGS nanocrystallites from spent CIGS targets

TEM micrograph, particle size distribution and chemical composition determined by EDS of the CIGS nano-crystals obtained at 250 °C for 1 h by recycling from the spent CIGS target.
