Numerical and experimental investigations of mixing in T-shaped and cross-shaped micromixers

► Mass transfer is studied on T-shaped and cross-shaped micromixers using CFD and μ-LIF. ► Both micromixer geometries are compared using the inlet Reynolds number. ► Cross-shaped micromixer increases the mixing earlier than T shape by vortices flows' generation.
