Crack patching: an experimental evaluation of fatigue crack growth

This paper examines the crack growth history of a range of test specimen and service cracking, for cracks repaired with a composite patch and shows that for small to medium crack lengths there is a linear relationship between the log of the crack length and the service history (number of cycles).
