Linear approximation approach for a stochastic seat allocation problem with cancellation & refund policy in airlines

► A new model for seat allocation with cancellation and refund policy is suggested. ► Our complex problem was formulated as a simple Integer Programming model. ► The computational results show that our model makes some increase in the revenue.
