Dimensional quality optimisation of high-speed CNC milling process with dynamic quality characteristic

Experimental results show that the dimensional accuracy of the machined product has been greatly improved by the optimal conditions obtained by Taguchi dynamic approach. Moreover, the product can be easily machined to the desired dimension simply by adjusting the programmed dimension according to the mathematical equation by linear regression analysis of confirmed results.
