The new OGC guidance: The future roadmap for government IT procurement

In November 2004, the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) published important new guidance and model contracts for Government IT procurements known as the “Decision Map Documentation”. This article gives an overview of the Decision Map Documentation and looks at its implications for both private sector contractors and Government procurement professionals.
