HOLOCENE DWELLINGS IN THE RUSSIAN FAR EAST: A FUNCTIONAL AND PLANIGRAPHIC ANALYSIS

The present article proposes a planigraphic reconstruction of dwellings associated with various cultures in the Far East of Russia. Functional zones are established and a chronological evolution traced providing a foundation for the analysis of human adaptations to the changing Holocene environment.
