The EU-ADR corpus: Annotated drugs, diseases, targets, and their relationships

► The 100 abstracts contain relations between drug, disorder, and targets annotated by three annotators. ► Computer entity and relationship annotations can be corrected with a web-based tool in an easy way. ► Entity (73.2-79.2%) and relation (68.5-86.7%) annotations agree with the consensus. ► Given annotator agreement helps to understand annotation variability and text-mining systems.
