Effect of three countermeasures against the illegal crossing of railway tracks

▶ Effects of three countermeasures on the frequency of trespassing was investigated. ▶ Fencing reduced trespassing by 94.6%, landscaping 91.3% and prohibitive signs 30.7%. ▶ The building of physical barriers is recommended.
