Structurally colored surfaces with antireflective, self-cleaning, and antifogging properties

► One-step hydrothermal etching was developed to fabricate uniform porous coatings. ► The etched glasses own antireflective, superhydrophilic, and antifogging properties. ► The etched slide glasses also have uniform structural reflected colors. ► The introduced TiO2 component endows the etched glasses photocatalytic property.
