The influence of high dielectric constant core on the activity of core-shell structure electrorheological fluid

► We synthesized two kinds of core-shell particles with different dielectric core. ► The TiO2TOC ER fluid showed notable electrorheological activity. ► TiO2 core strengthened interaction between the neighboring particles. ► The high dielectric constant core can induce stronger particle polarization.
