Size control of giant unilamellar vesicles prepared from inverted emulsion droplets

► We tested the giant lipid vesicle formation process from uniform emulsion droplets. ► We clarified the relationship between the sizes of droplets and vesicles formed. ► Vesicles with desired size were obtained at an optimum centrifugal acceleration.
