Monodisperse red blood cell-like particles via consolidation of charged droplets

► Torus structure was observed in jettingusing both THF and Py solvents at 25 °C. ► Jetting using DMF produced torus structures at surrounding temperatures above 35 °C. ► We showed the fabrication of core/shell torus structure using coaxial nozzles. ► Rheological properties play a critical role in the formation of torus structure.
