Nanostructured functional co-polymers bioconjugate integrin inhibitors

► Polymeric and co-polymeric nanoparticles with different functionalities were obtained. ► Bioconjugates were obtained by loading anti-Integrin antibody. ► Bioconjugates qualitative and quantitative loading analyses were carried out. ► The biological efficacy of bioconjugates was tested with HEK293 cells.
