Laser plasma shockwave cleaning of SiO2 particles on gold film

► Laser plasma shockwave cleaning is utilized to clean the gold-coated K9 glass. It is useful for the cleaning of the gold-coated optics in the high-power laser facility. ► The SiO2 particle contamination can be effectively removed from the gold-coated K9 glass surface. The removal ratio of particles can reach above 90%. ► The simulated results are consistent with the experimental ones.
