Assay of glucose in urine and drinking water with voltammetric working sensors of infrared photo diode electrode
چکیده انگلیسی
Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave stripping voltammetric (SWSV) assay of glucose using the infrared photo diode electrode (IPDE) was first developed. An anodic stripping peak due to the reduction of the glucose ion appeared in the IPDE at 0.40 V (versus Ag/AgCl). The optimum experimental conditions for the CV and SWSV assay were searched and found to be at a pH of 8.0 electrolyte solutions with a deposition time of 30 s. Linear working ranges were obtained from the SWSV concentration range of 4-250 mg L−1 and the CV ranges of 32-116 mg L−1, exhibiting a linear response (SW R = 0.9975, CV R = 0.9959). The current with the IPDE was improved by approximately one order of magnitude compared with a bare pencil electrode. The relative standard deviation in the glucose concentration (100 mg L−1) was 1.68%, with 15 measurements under optimum conditions. The detection limit was found to be 0.32 mg L−1 (1.78 × 10−6 M) (S/N = 3) at optimum conditions.
