Indium sesquitelluride (In2Te3) thin film strain gauge

Thin films of indium sesquitelluride (In2Te3) were grown on Mylar substrate using flash evaporation. The strain sensitivity of In2Te3 thin films was studied using cantilever techniques. Hysteresis effect due to strain, compressive-tensile strain and gauge factor is studied at different thickness of In2Te3 thin films.
