Sensitive and selective electrochemical sensor using silver nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode for determination of cholesterol in bovine serum

- AgNPs/GCE was used first as a new sensor for determination of cholesterol in bovine serum.
- The benefit of sensors is sensitive and selective for cholesterol and there is no interference from ascorbic acid and uric acid.
- We conclude the effectively proposed sensor is attractive for detection of cholesterol.
