Hydrothermal synthesis and structural characterization of a new layered vanadium selenite: (C4N2H12)0.5[(VO)2(H2O)2(SeO3)2(HSeO3)]

A layered vanadium selenite has been hydrothermally synthesized and its structure is layered and can be described as vanadium selenite oxide layers with diprotonated piperazine occupying the interlayer space.
