Appreciable Ni⋯O interactions at distances almost equal to the sum of the van der Waals radii of the two atoms

Appreciable coordination occurs at Ni⋯O contacts almost equal to the sum of the van der Waals radii of the two atoms in the two entities reported here. The very weak coordination bonds link the trinuclear units into coordination polymer chains in crystal 1 and 2.
