Syntheses, crystal structures and magnetic properties of two new 3-cyanobenzate coordination complexes

The Cu(II) and Cd(II) 3-cyanobenzate complexes have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility data indicate that the Cu(II) polymeric complex exhibits antiferromagnetic interactions.
