Regioselective synthesis of 5-trifluoromethyl-1,2,3-triazole nucleoside analogues via TBS-directed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction

▶ Regioselective syntheses of 5-CF3-1,2,3-triazole nucleoside analogues. ▶ Silyl group acted as a directing group in the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions. ▶ CF3- was introduced regioselectively with dimethyl-t-butyltrifluoropropynylsilane. ▶ Glycosyl azides were used in the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions. ▶ Acceptable yields were achieved for the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions.
