Exchange bias in structure-phase separated K0.8Fe2−xNixSe2 (x=0.015) single crystal: Interface evidence

► Two distinguished phases are revealed in K0.8Fe2−xNixSe2 single crystals. ► The exchange bias behavior is observed after field cooling for x=0.015 sample. ► The exchange anisotropy is understood when considering local frozen-spin disorders.
