► At the systole time nanoparticles were washed away and concentration decreases. ► Increasing injection velocity increases the shear stress on upper wall. ► With decreasing blood velocity nanoparticles remain in flow for longer time. ► Magnetic nanoparticles aggregation couldn't change external magnetic field.
