Large GMI effect in Co-rich amorphous wire by tensile stress

► It is interesting that results prove GMI effect can be effectively improved by these tensile stresses. ► The GMI response of these Co-rich amorphous wires is very sensitive. ► Their field sensitivity can be as much as 6.7%/(A/m) at 15 MHz, which is larger than 4%/(A/m) as reported (Ref. [4]).
